Closing Day 4BBB Competition &  Christmas Dinner

The 2018 Veterans Closing Day Competition will be a 4BBB competition sponsored by CMR Recycling, starting at the usual time on Monday 26th November 2018.
This will be followed by the annual Veterans Closing Day/Christmas Dinner after the competition, commencing with Presentations at 6.15 pm and Dinner served at 6:30 pm – Book by Wednesday 21st November.

As usual, non playing partners are also invited to attend.

Please note that this year, due to increased costs associated with the dinner, everyone attending is required to make a payment of $10.00 towards the cost of the dinner.  The cost includes a two course buffet meal, a budget for beer, wine and soft drinks and a few ham raffles.

The Mackay Golf Club has kindly offered to do the table bookings through their time sheet system however you must book and pay the $10 per head fee at the time of booking via the time sheet. The process is the same as booking a tee time – just select 26th November and book into Veterans Closing Day Dinner.

You can book as an individual or make a group booking, however please be aware you will need to pay for the number of people you book.  If you have any problems please call the Office on 4942 1521 for assistance. If you don’t have computer access or if you are unable to book and pay online please contact Pat Crompton on 0402 868 539 and he will arrange the booking for you.

For catering purposes we need to know final numbers by Wednesday 21st November 2018 at the very latest, so bookings must close on that Wednesday. It would be appreciated, however, if you could book and pay as soon as possible.

The starting time for the dinner has been chosen to allow you to go home and change, and to bring back your partner if they do not play golf.
