The Black Bull Golf Club in partnership with Yarrawonga-Mulwala Golf Club Resort present the 2021 Australian Veteran Golfers Union Championship from 29th of November to the 3rd of December 2021.

The three courses that will be played over the tournament are the Black Bull course, Yarrawonga Murray Course and Yarrawonga Lakes course. Two of the three are recognised as top 100 courses in Australia. Over the past few years the Murray has become the most travelled golfing destination in Australia due to the fantastic facilities that our town and surrounding area has to offer.

Tournament Directors James McCully and Evan Droop sent the following invitation to Veteran Golfers to attend the 2021 Australian Veterans Championships at the Black Bull Golf Course and the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort from Monday the 29th of November to Friday the 3rd of December 2021.

“Registration will be on Sunday the 28th of November at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort from 1pm to 5pm.

“As we are all aware Covid has had a huge impact on this event. With the roll out of the vaccine we are confident that we can successfully run this years event with a limited number of restrictions. The current changes are to reduce possible costs
incurred for all parties in the case we are forced into another last minute lock down scenario or other limitations.

“Due to the current Covid 19 Pandemic, the field size has been reduced to 400 players. Existing entrants from 2020 who have paid a deposit will be entered automatically.

“The price for the 2021 Championship has been reduced to $330.00. A deposit of $100 (fully refundable for cancellations up to 31 August) is payable on entry and the balance payable on 1 September. This includes:
• Four rounds of golf
• Gift Pack
The Cocktail party and Championship Dinner are now extra cost options:
• Cocktail Party $50.00 – Monday 29th November from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort.
• Championship Dinner $120.00 – Friday 3rd of December 7.00pm to 10.00pm at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort.
Tournament Shirts $50.00 can be ordered at the Event.
